Win/Loss Statement Requests are available on Binion's website, and in person at Club Binion's.
Win/Loss statements will only be processed for the current year.
All requests, whether received by mail or in person will be processed in January for the previous year.
The Win/Loss Request Form must be notarized. The original request must be mailed to Binion's at 128 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101, ATTN: Marketing.
If you would like to request a Win/Loss statement in person, valid photo identification will be required.
