Win/Loss statement requests are available on Binion's website and in person at the All Access Players Club.

Win/Loss statements will only be processed for the current year.

The Win/Loss Request Form must be notarized. The original notorized request must be mailed to Binion's at 128 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101, ATTN: Marketing.

If you would like to request a Win/Loss statement in person, valid photo identification will be required.
